About
I have been teaching for 10 years. I have worked in Italy, Japan and the UK in the private sector, Further Ed and Higher Ed. I have been involved in teacher training for 3 years and I have also worked in management roles.
My main interests lie in EAP and contrastive rhetoric, teacher training (working overseas with local teachers on teacher training projects), concerns of non-native trainee teachers, English as a global language (what is 'standard' English?), education for sustainability and corpus-assisted language learning.
