Like100,000 words... Possibly not very good words...
Not particularly loving being back from Study Leave, but they do pay me every month, so I can hardly complain.
90,00 words. Erp. Beer?
85,000 words now. Gah.
80,000 words in hand now, but not much study leave left - still, it'll do.
Hit 70,000 words today. Phew. Deep breath.
Three chapters down, three to go. I may actually live through this.
Passed the 60,000-word mark on the new book this morning, feeling a little light-headed... :-)
I have a rotten cold, but I also have 40,000 words.

I'm just finishing up a new draft outline for the book on epigram in reception, working title 'Wilde's Meleager', and a fat initial bibliography.
Sent off a revised Martial article the other day and am now busy plotting Important Book Stuff.
