About

My research broadly concerns the social and cognitive processes that are implicated during person perception and social interactions. More specifically, I am interested in questions such as how visual processes interact with social variables to determine how we perceive and construe ingroup and outgroup members, particularly same- and other-race individuals. More recently, I have begun to use EEG to investigate the time course and neural correlates of these effects.
