About
My MA thesis was titled: Making Beans out of Kidneys: an Argument Against Kidney Sale.
My PhD thesis explores the ethical problem of body commodification.
I am currently researching on what exactly makes a given market noxious; feminist debates on surrogacy and prostitution; and whether we have property in the body.
I intend to argue that body commodification is ethically unacceptable because by treating persons as a fungible resource, we thereby reduce their moral significance.
