Thesis Title: The influence of family structure in shaping young people's engagement in physical activity
About
My main research interests lie in the socio-cultural aspects of physical activity and health, emphasising social determinants and practices that constrain or facilitate physical activity - particularly as they pertain to different family structures. I am also interested in exploring the physically (in)active and (un)healthy bodies of young people in different social environments, coupled with pedagogical work on the body, both in families and school.
